I am a Digital Strategy and Analytics Leader with extensive experience driving enterprise value through digital transformation, applied AI, and quantitative decision modeling. As a SAFe® 6 Agilist and PhD in Technology Management, I specialize in bridging the gap between complex technical methodology and executive-ready roadmaps.
Most recently, as a Manager at Deloitte, I co-led enterprise-wide initiatives on Generative AI and developed value realization frameworks—including a 46-KPI system to track adoption and performance across global domains. My expertise lies in applying systems thinking—including system dynamics and socio-technical modeling—to quantify impact, stress-test scenarios, and strengthen organizational longevity.
Prior to my graduate studies, I built a foundation in the cement and construction industries, serving in diverse roles including R&D Program Manager, Business Advisor, and Project Manager. My leadership focused on driving organizational change and fostering a safety-centered culture integrated with digital transformation. By applying Lean methodologies and Value Stream Mapping, I successfully streamlined processes and reduced production overhead by 17%.
My desire to address safety and reliability in complex environments led me to pursue advanced research in High Reliability Organizations (HROs). At Portland State University, I spearheaded the development of a $684K NASEM-funded, simulation-based digital platform designed to help offshore oil and gas practitioners stress-test operational resilience and critical decision-making.
In addition to my strategic and analytical work, I am an advocate for Design Thinking. I leverage my background in graphic design to ensure that complex data and research insights are communicated through visually compelling, executive-ready presentations.
